Shipping policy

We have a standard time slot of 3:00pm - 5:00pm for deliveries.
We use a third party for deliveries, hence it is not possible to choose an exact delivery timing for delivery.
Incase you need to your order for a specific time, please arrange a pick up from our pick up location.
Since our cakes are delicate, they are packed safely with an acrylic sheet placed around to prevent damage during delivery. Please remove the acrylic sheet carefully before cutting. All our cakes are shipped with dry ice to maintain temperature control. Please refrigerate once you receive your order.
All orders are picked up and delivered the same day. Your order may be subject to delays in case of bad weather conditions/ busy festive season/ inevitable traffic conditions. Please co-operate with us in this case, we will keep you posted about the same.
