Refund policy

• Same day order cancellations are non-refundable.
• You may cancel an order upto 24 hours in advance.
• White Milk Dark is not responsible for any damage to the products during transit. Since all our products are temperature sensitive, we advice you to pick up items from our base kitchen if possible.
• However, in case on any damages to the product on arrival, defective product or delivery of the wrong product you can email us on info@whitemilkdark.com. We will go evaluate your concern at the earliest.
